If you let us know at least 48 hours before your booking (via email or phone), we can either reschedule or refund those who can't attend. However, if we're not informed until you arrive, any absentees will be considered no-shows, and their booking will be forfeited, non-refundable, and non-reschedulable. Your host might offer you the option to use the booking value as extra credit for upgrades or more items on the day, but this is at their discretion.
If you don't show up for your booking, unfortunately, we can't offer refunds or reschedules. Your room is reserved specifically for you during that timeslot, meaning others couldn't book it. Since our staff and preparations are tailored to the number of bookings, refunds for no-shows aren't feasible. While we understand life can be unpredictable, if we don't hear from you beforehand and you miss your booking, it'll be non-refundable, as outlined in our terms and conditions.
Sure! We gladly accept donations of e-waste and hard waste from the community. You can drop off your items at our location or email us to arrange a collection. We accept crockery, glassware, and electronic equipment, but not large items or furniture.
After smashing the waste, we work closely with the local council to recycle different materials like e-waste, ceramic, glass, and plastics. We separate them to turn them into new items. We recycle as much as we can. For things we can't recycle yet, we're looking for new ways. Donate your old items to us to help keep them out of landfills, and we'll take care of the recycling for you
